A year round glacier tour that is short on time but big on adventure in Skaftafell. Discover why glacier walks are one of the most popular outdoor activities in Iceland.
Vatnajökull is the largest glacier in Europe and has multiple glacial tongues that descend from the main glacier. On this tour we will explore one of those glacial tongues.
After meeting one of our certified and specialized guides at our meeting point in Skaftafell, he will teach you about the basic use of the glacier equipment that he will provide you.
When we get to the ice you will be able to explore with your guide an otherworldly landscape, with ice ridges, deep crevices, ice sculptures... you will witness a wonder of nature that only a few can see.

*Due to safety reasons, we are currently not operating glacier tours on Svínafellsjökull glacier. Other beautiful glacier outlets will be explored in the meantime.
*The Skaftafell parking lot fee is not included in the tour price.
