Eskifjörður
Eskifjörður is a small fjord on the north side of Reyðarfjörður fjord. The town has the same name as the fjord, Eskifjörður and the habitats are around 1000 people. In Eskifjörður is a growing tourist service and many things to do and see there.
The landscape is beautiful surrounded by steep mountains with small rivers and creeks and the ocean, offering good opportunities for activities in the area like hiking, kayaking, sea angling and there is a nice swimming pool. Nearby is also one of the best skiing resorts in Iceland named Oddskarð. You can find good accommodation in Eskifjörður including hotel, guesthouse and a camping ground as well as a coffee shop.
