Description
Discover South Iceland from the saddle of the friendly Icelandic horse, riding through open countryside where volcanic earth, mountain views and fresh coastal air set the scene.
The smooth tölt, compact strength and calm character of this remarkable breed make the experience as distinctly Icelandic as the landscape itself. Clear organisation and expert guidance make it easy to relax into the experience and enjoy every memorable moment.
The tour is specifically for experienced riders. If the minimum of two participants is not reached, another suitable riding tour may be offered instead.
Riders should be comfortable controlling a horse independently at varied speeds and must describe their experience accurately so the stable can select a suitable mount.
