Skjálfandi Bay creates a spectacular natural stage for whale watching. The crew follows the day’s most promising wildlife areas while the guide interprets each blow, fin and movement across the surface.
A fast 12-seat RIB places a small group close to the water and reaches the wildlife areas quickly, with snow-lined mountains, open northern water and the lively cliffs of Puffin Island unfolding around the boat throughout the journey.
The route combines an exciting ride with the rich marine life that has made Húsavík famous. Every departure has its own rhythm, shaped by the animals, weather and northern light.
