Description
Make the glacier your own on a private six-hour adventure from Jökulsárlón. A specially equipped 4x4 carries your group toward Vatnajökull before an approach on foot leads to the natural ice formation selected for the day.
Explore a Crystal or Sapphire ice cave with a certified glacier guide, then continue onto the glacier for hiking and ice climbing adapted to your group. The private format gives the guide room to adjust the pace and climbing challenge to the participants and conditions.
Your guide is also a professional photographer. Ten edited images per participant are included, creating a lasting record of the cave, the glacier and your climbing experience. Natural caves and access routes change throughout the season, so the exact formation and order always follow the safest conditions.
Why choose this private Vatnajökull adventure?
Choose this experience when you want more than an ice-cave stop: one private booking combines a natural winter cave, a substantial glacier hike, guided ice climbing and a professional photo package for a group of up to six.
