Yes. The three-hour experience is designed to be approachable for first-time riders as well as returning adventurers. Before setting off, the guide gives clear operating instructions and a safety briefing.

The operator provides the essential snowmobile safety gear, including an insulated overall, helmet and balaclava face mask. Dress warmly underneath, as the glacier can feel much colder and windier than the lowlands.
